Indications: LYBALVI® is indicated for the treatment of adults with schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder for acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes as monotherapy and as an adjunct to lithium or valproate, or as a maintenance monotherapy treatment.

Patient Safety Card

The LYBALVI Patient Safety Card contains safety information including patient name, emergency and healthcare professionals contacts, and a description of LYBALVI as containing an opioid antagonist. Designed to be carried by the patient in a wallet or a purse and shown to emergency medical personnel, the card informs that the patient is taking LYBALVI and how to proceed if the LYBALVI patient requires opioid treatment as part of anesthesia or analgesia.
